Returns and Refunds Policy

At Aqara, we want you to be fully satisfied with your smart home experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original packaging.

Return Process

    Initiate a Return Request

    Log into your Aqara account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Place the product in its original box with all included manuals and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
